There is not too much to say here, as the trip was very brief. As expected, Liechtenstein was picturesque, almost exactly like the setting of a romance film in which an American meets a European prince who sweeps her off her feet. Unfortunately, I also didn’t take many photos.

Read Photos from Portugal (2016)Luxembourg is a city-state just north of Nancy, and we chose it as the cheapest place from which to fly to Portugal. It is a marvellous little city, with wonderful parks surrounding the city centre. The views from the Pétrusse Casemates were especially lovely.
During one of our walks, we happened upon a giant wooden playground unlike anything I had seen before. Eva loved it, even though she had only just learned to walk.

The last few weeks have been absolutely packed: travelling and moving to Nancy, finding an apartment, arranging electricity and fast internet, and keeping our daughter healthy and happy.
