Overnight Oats
Background
Lots of fibre.
Ingredients
- 125g steel cut oats
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp goji berries
- 1 tbsp raisins
- 1/2 tsp turmeric, ground
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon, ground
- 1/4 tsp ginger, ground
Directions
- Put in a jar
- Add water about 50% above the oats
- Let soak overnight
- Eat
