This is going to be a very short post, as there is not much to tell. This was my first time setting foot in the Middle East.

My plane stopped in Abu Dhabi on the way back from Europe. One memory that will last a lifetime is stepping off the plane and walking to the bus that would take us to the terminal. After winter in Europe, the desert heat hit me like a wall.

I look forward to returning, exploring more, and especially finding time to see the Burj Khalifa.
